Jonathan Phillips and the proceeds of crime act 2002

Jonathan Phillips www.3vb was instructed by Fergal Austin Cathie www.clydeco in relation to a high court case . My you tube channel Where's Walshy has a video listed under the title CLYDE AND CO - FEGAL AUSTIN CATHIE -PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 2002 . It is impossible that the 'new level of honesty' Cathie did not know that the original case was fraudulent the question is did Phillips also know as if he did he is also guilty of the proceeds of crime act 2002 in addition to several other indictable offences
