Great producta and installation
Great product and installation. The installer was terrific and the finished product is terrific.
However, it took a long time from order date to installation date (about 6 weeks).
After calling rep and customer service for a receipt, I still do not have one.

The associate that we worked with was great. My only complaint is that I wish I had chosen a double cell panel for my kitchen window. All the previous panels were double celled. Your associate recommended a sincle cell option. Now the heat and light coming through the kitchen window is too hot and too bright.

Easy and stresses free.
The process was very easy and stress free. Unfortunately everything is so expensive these days but we were not willing to risk installing the shade ourselves so we paid for install. Installer was very friendly and efficient. No complaints.

Second time around
My first order was excellent from start to finish. The second order was slightly frustrating as I was unable to get in touch with anyone to ask questions that needed immediate answers before proceeding. It was was finally resolved but I am still waiting for installation.

When that time came and left I called to get a date. Romy also followed up.
