fast delivery, product received as expected.

The shoe size was small however upon return, the buyer (in this case me) needs to cover the cost of return. In their website it was never mentioned the cost of return needs to be covered by the buyer.

Very competitive price, there was availability when there was none elsewhere & delivery info & tracking was great & they arrived on time, product also looks great & fits well.

I paid extra to have the shoes delivered directly to my location (the hotel) as quickly as possible. You sent a message stating that the shoes had been delivered. I spent two days searching and had the entire hotel staff looking, but we found nothing. I wrote to you saying I hadn't received the item, yet you insisted it had been delivered to the specified address. Even when I demanded proof of delivery, "365 Rider" stuck to the same story: "the shoes were delivered", so I should look for them myself asking proves. Upon checking the evidence (photos) you provided, I saw that a completely different address was listed. When I sent another message asking where the shoes actually were, your representative simply stated that the delivery company had decided to deliver them there on their own. I pay extra, only to end up having to hunt for my shoes myself, argue with hotel management, dig through your records to locate the shipment, and then be told that you bear no responsibility. This does not seem professional to me; it bears the hallmarks not just of deception, but of actual fraud intended to prevent the package from being collected.
Update after your ansver:
Sad. Your response hasn't changed: "you did everything right, you're not at fault, the delivery company made the decision itself." I want to remind you that the money was paid to YOU for the product and additionally for delivery to the address I chose. Did that happen? NO. If I hadn't persistently searched for my package, I never would have found it, because your answer—on several occasions—was simply "check at the hotel reception."

Every thing I very good (size,description etc) except the transportation/delivery was VERY QUICK but too expensive. I wonder if there is cheaper way in case that i do not need them so QUICK.

It was very straightforward experience and pleasant experience. From the date of my order, I was constantly updated on the delivery of my order which arrived in Ireland before the date originally appointed. The product was as ordered and well packaged and I got them at a very reasonable price. I would definitely place an order again with this company.

Very bad experience with 365 rider. I made an order that was supposed to arrive in 2 business days. A week has passed an it has not even left their warehouse. No tracking info.

Customer service is impossible to use. Can't talk to anyone: an absolute nightmare. Right now I just want my money back, but can't even ask for a reimbursement.

What a fraud! Avoid this website at all cost.
