Absolutely shocking and IMO possibly dishonest company. Ordered a game before Xmas as a present. It arrived badly broken, yet there was no damage at all to the box, which suggested to me that it may have been damaged before it was shipped. They tried to fob me off with a 30% discount, which I declined. They finally agreed to take the item back, but refused to send a return postage label, sent me a postage address link that didnt work, and did not provide an address to ship it to. I sent the game back to Xbite [parent comany's address], and it was returned to sender. Still dont have my money back. Avoid like the plague!!

Pre ordered a game from them. Two days after release it was still not dispatched. Emailed them to cancel this because I could just walk to a shop and buy it email, was ignored. Three days later the game was dispatched and it arrived a week after the release date.

Great service and goods received on time.
I was really worried once I ordered my board game from this company because I read the reviews after I had placed the order and they aren't great...
However my experience was honestly first class. I ordered my board game on 29th Dec (which cost half the price compared to any other online stores) and received it within 8 days. I had even emailed customer service to say I was worried after reading the bad reviews and they got back to me next day with an update and the day after that I got a tracking number for the delivery.
Customer service were more than helpful and very respectful. I can't fault my experience and would order again from them.

Wasn't going to buy from here because of the ratings for the store was 2. something. but, i thought i will give it a chance due to mixed reviews. I am very impressed by the level of service from this company.
I have ordered 2 Carcassonne games 2 weeks apart from each other. The first arrived within 2 days of ordering. The second one was not going to arrive until after Xmas. When I explained to customer service that it was for a child Xmas’ present, the delivery date was promptly brought forward to avoid any disappointment. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future and I am very happy to recommend it!

When you placed the order we did state in bold red capitals at the very top of the listing to allow an additional 5-7 working days for the order to ship - this was also stated on the confirmation email.
Your order was placed on the 5th of December and was shipped on the 11th, which I'm pleased to see is earlier that anticipated.
I've checked and can also see your email to our customer service team was responded to within 48 hours - this is the usual time we do take to respond to customers.
I'm pleased to see your order arrived with us but apologies that you were unhappy with the service given. We've taken your feedback on board and it has been passed to the relevant managers.

Paid for 2-3 WD delivery options on 3rd December
Received an email a couple of days later saying my order was not available and apologised for inconvenience
I have since been refunded for the cheapest part of my order. The other part of my order and the delivery charge has not been refunded.
I have been attempting to contact them for the last few days (it’s now the 10th Dec) and have heard nothing back regarding my order.

In regards to the cheapest part of your order being cancelled this was unfortunately, due to the card game being out of stock. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience that this caused, it very rarely happens but sometimes due to system issues we can oversell on a product.
The rest of your order wasn't cancelled or refunded as we had this in stock and it was shipped for you.
I'm also pleased to see that all your emails to our customer service team were responded to within 72 hours - we usually have a 48 hour turnaround on emails but due to the festive period this does get increased as they can get very busy.
I appreciate the second part of your order got lost in the post and this must have been frustrating so I am very sorry. As soon as the team were made aware they processed an immediate refund for you.
Just to let you know we've taken this up with the shipping company to process a claim on the order with it being lost in their system so it is being looked into.

Wish I read these reviews before ordering. The fact that there is no phone number to speak to somebody is frustrating. I placed an order and the item is now out of stock, I’m now wondering whether I’ll get the item or as others have stated will my order be cancelled and I won’t receive a full refund. Service could be better if they had a phone number or replied a lot quicker to emails.
Update - item did arrive in a timely manner, very relieved.

Did not refund postage after they cancelled order
Ordered a disney traditions figure and after waiting for two weeks and chasing up by email was eventually contacted to say item was unavailable and I would be refunded. They did refund the cost of the item but failed to refund the postage I had paid. Tried contacting them through the Web site and by replying you the email they sent me to inform of the cancellation but have had no response. They still owe me the postage

Hiccups but resolved
I buy a fair few action figure type collectables, likes of McFarlane etc.
I try not to be all doom and gloom with these things. The overall condition of the items received were what you’d consider not ideal to an inbox collector. The packaging used to protect them was pretty minimal but the parcel arrived undamaged. Unfortunately the items within were just a bit tatty to begin with, odd puncture marks to the blisters, dusty….
I emailed customer services who responded a couple of days later asking for images. Resolution was a partial refund which I was happy with.
Shipping is fast and prices can be pretty cheap.
The important thing is that they’re real, they responded to my reported issue and they genuinely resolved it for me.
