I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND‼️ it’s been almost 2 weeks and i haven’t received a tracking/order number… when i call or text the number on their website no one answers or reply back to any text messages same with emails… i am so furious because i spent $70 with this company that’s supposedly “black owned” but their communication is HORRIBLE! i’m hoping this wasn’t a scam because this is DEFINITELY going to be bad for their business!

I have ordered some items and it got lost in the mail and I reach out to the customer service to resolve the issue and with no hesitation the items that I lost got resent out immediately

I’m not sure what those dudes got going but I’ve been ordering since 2014 when the first brush released. I almost now have the entire collection. Love my brushes and du-rags. Plus the videos keep me motivated

Bad business I spent over $70 both times and sent the wrong color and wrong style Durag I tried to call them no answer I tried to text them no response I even emailed them it said their emails was full and my email could not be sent I will never order anything else from these people BAD BUSINESS 👎🏾

I noticed the over exaggerated responses on here and am' shocked by them.

I ordered a brush on June 11, 2022. Brush finally "shipped" on June 27, 2022. Only the label was created, but no movement has happened since. No reply from the owner or any communication. No email, or number to call. They don't reply to text. Very bad professional standard and fraud. They process payment quickly and thats it no products get shipped. Website needs to be taken down.

Ordered a few brushes for my son from this website. Sent out a tracking almost immediately after purchasing. The tracking has waiting for items to arrive to usps, and only the label was created. Its been a month. Tracking is the same. Never received my items. Ignored by owner. Deletes my comments, doesn't return messages or calls. Do not purchase from them. Poor customer service from a supposedly black owned business that I tried to support.

I ordered a couple of durags and two brushes one soft and one medium. When my order came in i only got the soft brush and instead of my medium brush i got an extra durag i never ordered. I then tried to call customer service multiple times but no one answered. I then dm’ed the owner and he responded saying that he saw that they accidentally omitted my brush from and that he would send the brush the next day and to expect to see the tracking info in my email the next day. I never got any shipping info so i kept trying to contact him and 1 month later he responded asking my order # again then didnt reply at all after i gave it to him so flash foward another month later (2 months since he said he was going to send my brush) and after i still kept trying to get into contact with he responds and says that my original order already shipped and for me to stop “blowing up his inbox” ( after he never replied to 90% of my messages) i then repeat what i said 2 months ago saying i never got my brush and send him screenshots of my first messages to him showing him admitting he accidentally omitted my medium brush. I am currently waiting for a response from him, but he will probably will reply a month later asking for my order #. I live in texas btw for reference.

I bought a brush from off the site and it was the Best Wave Brush I ever used.

It got delivered to me really quickly too.

The only thing I had a problem with is that the du-rags was on pre-order so I had to wait a week for them to come out.

I ordered a 360wp brush online 2 months ago
Order #17626 (June 30, 2018) and I never got the package. I emailed them they never responded. Good companies do take of their customers. If you live in Africa you will NEVER get it. Never buy from them. I suggest to go Amazon. I live in South Africa I got my brush in less than 5 days. Excellent service! That was what I should have done at the first place.
