Well? its got all the essential information and does a good job of testing answers that are understandable, only problem I had was the 90 minute time to stay... I would say 60 is plenty...

Both cources were quite lengthy, especially the beverage cource that contained too much info. on statutes. In all fairness however, both explained realistic recomendations regarding refusal of service and other important training. The added tobacco cource was a little redundant and added to an already long study period. I completed both the same day and it,along with other duties, made for a really long day. The only tech glitch encountered was a short section requiring Adobe flash which wasn't available,but didn't seem to matter.Both programs' time out/resume features worked well. Overall I'd reco to a friend!
