Too much time wasted waiting for system to allow responses, before moving on. The time required for the Illinois mandated wage theft/human trafficking section was not disclosed, so the stated time requirement to complete the course is deceptive. The wage theft/human trafficking section is almost completely useless, consisting mostly of two people having a meandering informal conversation, devoid of actionable information, and lacking references. I'm not against a section on the topic, but the section provided was amateurish and unprofessional, and the was completely missing in the stated time allocation for the course.

Restaurants only force servers to take these certificates while ignoring illegal immigrants cooking and preparing the food. So many violations in BOH while restaurants file these useless certificates to Board of Health as if they’ve complied
