360 Training sold me a course advertised as 2023-2024 Broker Responsibility course that was never credited to me by my licensing board. Also refused to offer a refund when I brought the matter to their attention and left it unresolved even 23 days after course completion . State rules are 10 days for education provider to report course certificate to licensing board and most continuing education providers report within 24 to 48 hours. Very unhappy and caused me grief.
