Terrible experience. Watch out for with this shop. Bought a vaporizer in a promotion and a liquid, it arrives 2 days after with no problem, but it didnt work. Contact the support online on the website and inform me that the vaporizer is supposed to have a battery that costs 10 euros more. They should inform you before about it, and suggest when you finish buying the product, and you could choose another vaporizer or the battery. And don't pay twice the sending tax. After asking for a return of the product this shop does not accept to return any product that is open. The 15 days policy of online shopping is not applied they say, because is tobacco. But I never used the vaporizer or the deposit, or there is any tobacco substance on the vaporizer or the liquid...even so, they don't accept. They consider being above UE law. Terrible experience.

After having some advanced kits from other company, I took it back and ordered an EGO-C kit from Joytech trough 2smok.

The difference is abysmal for better, and the support at 2smok was spotless. Shipped on the order day, received less than 24 hours latter.

Always available trough phone, just don't use the online form but rather direct email

Ordered 2 items from them. One was ThunderVolt, which for a price was a good deal and a rebuildable atomizer "the thing" - and this thing ruined my day. Horrible quality, drip tip that came with it doesnt fit, and as this is my first rebuildable, I cant use it properly. And even if it did fit it wont fire, the central post was too deep inside, I had to fiddle around, and one of the wire holders broke off.. Useless thing. I know that 18 euros ain't much, but where I live it costs me ~60 in my currency and that ain't cheap by any means. If they would test what they sell, or at least warn people on their site. Wont buy from them again. Sorry for my English it ain't my mothers tongue.

I had a problem with my order, due to the mod I bought (the galileo) had missing pieces from the supplier. The sales representative was fast to provide the missing pieces temporarly, and promptly requested the pieces I was missing on my kit.

Can't really say nothing bad about the 2smok company, placed my order and got home just in time. Reward points for customers is definitly a plus.

The only downside is the lack of choice on products, not too small but still you can't find everything you want there
