I have experienced the thrill of receiving the key later than the scheduled time, I can wait because I understand how much you all from 2game team care about the service, because I only bought the starter game, but because the order of the key was not on time and you had to ship me a new key, you even gave me a Deluxe Editions key as compensation for having to wait for the key, it was a very impressive upgrade and service for me.

Thank you for the excellent service since the first time I tried using 2game website and thank you very much that 2game team received my request to help me fully, next time I will definitely come back to buy new games on 2game website, thank you for the great experience! :)

I've experienced a little delay on receiving code for MHwilds. Just few hours, the service team fix the problem and they even upgrade my code to deluxe edition!! Now it's Songkran festival in Thailand, I wish all best luck to all 2game service team!

Support quickly and effectively resolved my issue, even upgrading my steam key to a deluxe edition.

I bought a key for atoms on fallout 76 but thought it was for the xbox pc app due to a deal site saying it was for xboxpc app and redeemed it on windows store it did not say it was for xbox but it was then i asked for help and they refunded me even though it was not their fault will buy here in the future when i can, great service on their end, Would like to see xbox products actually show a xbox icon or a note instead of publisher:microsoft and a windows icon

I purchased a few games from the website because the deals were good. And although there was an issue with receiving my keys at first, the support team was prompt in resolving my issue. This was my first experience and their quickness in resolving my issue turned a stressful experience into a good one.

I ordered a Stalker 2 Heart of Chernobyl key for a good deal off of this website after checking isthereanydeal.com to confirm this was a reputable game key website. I had initial issues getting the order to reveal the key due to high demand problems but customer support was very quick to resolve the issue after being contacted through the support window on the bottom of their website.

They accidently delivered me the wrong product. 30 Minutes after I wrote a support E-Mail did they answer me with the possibility of a refund, or to get me the right product delivered. Incredibly helpful with the intent to actually help me. Also great deals and wonderful website.

I bought Monster Hunter Wilds and I wanted a global key and I got a Europe Key I think because it is not working when I use it. The key is not used. I just want refund or another key for my region if thats okay. There isn't any support on the website/ its hard to find and the email that's given does not exist or does not work.

Had an issue regarding not receiving game code, submitted a request and they instantly resolved the issue.
