Second Chapter have been great to work with... they have helped our organisation through a very challenging time and guided us through a difficult redundancy process with a great deal of care and understanding. I imagine the name of the organisation exists because the second we began dealing with them they have been amazing and always gone the extra mile to make sure we are supported. I look forward to a long standing working partnership. I can't believe our organisation ever functioned without Second Chapter.

Second Chapter were fantastic at guiding us through the process of taking on a first employee. They were really happy to answer all of our questions and helped us prepare a new contract and induction process with a very tight deadline. I used Second Chapter for a relatively small task, updating some employment contracts. I know that they carry out much larger, complex tasks than what I required but it was not a problem to them at all.
Work was delivered by the deadline and they’d gone above and beyond the initial scope, giving me great value and peace of mind.

Jen, Laura & Heather have always gone above and beyond in ensuring both the business and our team are supported. Nothing is ever too much and I don't know how we ever managed without them!
