Im trying to return an item. the portal does not work, and the phone number seems to be disconnected. I hope they answer my email. CAUTION I do not recommend this company. I will have to fight them with my credit card company if they do not respond.

I’ve built a little collection of cashmere pieces from 27 Miles Malibu and they’ve honestly become some of my favorite things to wear. The quality is amazing and the fabric feels so soft and comfortable on the skin. It’s one of those things where you put it on and instantly feel more put together and elevated without trying.

I really love how easy the pieces are to style. I can wear them in different ways so my outfits always feel fresh even when I’m repeating items.

The experience with the brand has also been really consistent. The team is super helpful with styling and making sure everything fits and feels right, which makes it feel more personal and intentional.

Overall the designs feel current but still timeless, so I know I’ll keep reaching for these pieces for a long time. I’m definitely planning on adding more to my collection.

The story about us at 27 miles is completely fabricated! Fake news. These are not good people. Stole the company away from one of the founders, that actual lives in Malibu.
She started it out of her home.

Thank you for your email however your apology is a not accepted. The jumper has been worn five times! Good quality cashmere should last for years. This is not what I expected from an expensive brand. Do you seriously not care that your customers are saying. Your product looks shoddy after less than 24 hours wear?
