Binds are absolutely great quality . The only thing was that while one blind had brackets included the other one didn’t ! It was ok as I was waiting for a friend to fit them . I phoned got it sorted but had to call over a wk later as none had arrived ! A week after that 2 separate pks came ! Alls well now with beautiful new blinds . Thank you 😻

Samples arrived quickly and helped a lot in deciding which blind fins to choose. I ordered the samples over the phone, but this could also be done on the website. I was able to place an order with confidence that I had the right colour for my room. Valuable service!

Once again, although I paid for fast track, the item has not arrived, and is still somewhere en-route. The person I just spoke to told me the tracking isn't always accurate! I would question therefore, what is the point of having tracking at all. WHEN it arrives I am sure the blind will be good, but it is the level of customer/delivery service that I have an issue with - and this is the second occasion this has happened. Tracking said item received by carrier, but when I phoned 247 they said the blind had not even been made yet? Someone is not showing the whole truth!
I ordered from them again as they promise fast delivery .. silly me to be fooled in to it again.

An email confirmed receipt of the sample request advising that they were being picked for first class despatch. That was Monday. Nothing arrived by Friday so I emailed to ask for a check on whether they had been sent. The samples did arrive the following week but still no reply to the email!

I ordered a Blind for my bedroom, but had a problem with delivery . The delivery company mislaid the Blind at its Depot . 247 Blinds got to work trying to locate it, many calls to said company and finally it was located and delivered to me . The people I spoke to were very helpful and kept me informed at all times. I would recommend 247 Blinds. The Blinds are well made and the Service Brilliant. Easy to contact by phone/ email. Thank you 247 Blinds and all the people that work there.

Arrived within 48 hours. Nice size sample. I couldn't decide on two colours. Samples definitely helped me make my decision.

Samples arrive super quick and the quality of the samples and the price of the blinds certainly made up my mind without to place an order.

Great product (twist & fit night & day blind). Product delivered in given timescale and exactly to measurments I had provided, as easy to for as they had said, literally less than a minute. Exactly what I wanted for my bathroom..
Would use the company again and have already recommended to family

You delivered someone else's order to us, then when reported took more than a month to sort the problem out. It need a phone call from me every week to check what progress had been made (usually none). There is nothing on your website which records the status of a reported problem against the order that is problematic. This means information about what you are doing to fix the issue is non existent and impossible to track without calling someone. All in all, although the end products are fine, the process for getting those products delivered correcftly is totally flawed and unreliable. I have suggested some compensation but none has ever been offered ... Overall a very POOR performance.

I ordered blind samples for my new kitchen. They were dispatched almost immediately and arrived very quickly. What was most amazing is that they were free. I t was great to be able to feel the fabrics and put them up against the cabinets and paint work. I shall definitely be ordering my new blinds soon.

The blinds fitted perfectly, and were easy to erect. They look fabulous
