I love the genetic updates
I love the genetic updates and medical research reports. Relatives are getting to be too many. I'm not sure what a fourth or fifth cousin really is. That part is a little confusing.
I find it odd that I have DNA from all…
I find it odd that I have DNA from all over the world accept America. But other than that I found the information very entertaining
Access locked yet 23&me can't give me access
It has been weeks since I've been able to access my account. The customer service folks have responded that my account is unlocked yet I still can't get in with my old password or create a new password. I'm paying for their premium service, and have requested a refund for pmts made since I was last able to access my acct. No response received to refund request.

Great experience
Great experience. Super happy with all aspects of 23andMe. Would highly recommend!
Service continues to improve
Over time, their methods have evolved, resulting in improved outcomes and more accurate answers. I enjoy using this service and look forward to updates.
23 & Me Research
I like the fact that 23&Me offers more organized research than Ancestry, which has hundreds and hundreds of the same pieces of information . This is frustrating because so many pieces of info should be consolidated. I haven’t noticed that issue as much on 23& Me.
It’s a timesaver!
AncestryDNA is considered to be better
I joined early enough to get a lot of health info.
Find someone else for DNA
When I first joined the Premium membership was supposed to give me the health profile, but since your bankruptcy now you keep trying to get me to pay much more to get what I already paid foe. T his is double dipping. Tell me why did I get the premium in the first place for? Now some things you won't give4 without paying a whole lot more. I also ordered a kit for my cousins birthday, you sent me the email saying something went wrong, when I tried to get it fixed I just got the runaround and she didn't get her DNA done. I gave you her name and address, but you said it was under my name. Of course it was because I bought her the kit as a birthday present. When I spend my money for something I expect the company will honor their commitment. I used to tell everyone how much I love 23& Me and that you were the best out there, now I tell them to go somewhere else. I'll never recommend you again to anyone and this is my last year with you.
Your Apple phone app for 23 and me…
Your Apple phone app for 23 and me stopped working last year or the year before which is why I cannot check my site regularly. I can only access my account by signing in on my computer. A huge inconvenience. I cannot recommend you unless the app gets fixed. The app says that I have no account registered. I felt like I was being pushed to pay again. I will not.
It's very cool to understand one's genetic markers and ancestry connections
I like knowing about my genetics and what I potentially may be susceptible to, if I don't take care of myself properly: if I don't eat right and exercise mainly. I like knowing where folks around the world who share my genetics live. It's so cool! Understanding my genetic markers also opens up opportunities to chat with my doctor about various topics and concerns that maybe can be explored or evaluated further. I'm sure some doctors are tired of hearing from their patients, "Well, my 23andMe results are showing that I have these markers. How concerned should I be? Can you authorize this or that test so I could find out?" My primary care physician is supportive of my desire to understand my genetic markers through 23andMe and never discourages me from asking questions or getting further tests when it may be appropriate. The whole genetic testing process has opened up channels of rational and intelligent conversations with my doctor that I never thought I had before. I'm very happy with 23andMe!
Same old, same old …
Same old, same old. Mostly about where DNA located today—same as Ancestry.com and their “journeys” vs “origins”. Expected more clarity. I still believe based on ancestry and assigned relatives there are calculations error/assumptions/default assignments that 23andme let remain rather than correct them with this new update. Knowing relatives based on maternal connection, which is known, would be useful because 23andme can refine the categories with new technology.
***Health Reports are great though!!!
Finding family
My family tree has been extended beyond belief, with every new update there is a new surprise!
