They are stealing peoples addresses off ebay and sending items that were not ordered. My understanding is they want to use accounts to claim positive reviews and to see who they can scam with fake charges thereafter. They have been reported.

I ordered a cell phone from Target.com online shopping then received the tracking number and the USPS message stating Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending..... Delivery date arrives and tracking information remains unchanged. The USPS shipping invoice was received but they never included the package. Even now no change, no cell phone and Target says I gotta wait 4 days before they'll do anything.

Had a terrible experience after buying Mac book pro. My motherboard died and they argued that I broke it, ridiculous. Wouldn’t cover it by the warranty even though it’s been less than a year.

Never buy from them!

This place is a scam. Shop elswhere i bought a "new" phone from them on ebay. Was completely used. Now getting the run around from micheal as I try to get my money refunded. I shipped my phone back for a refund and they reject it for no reason and send it back. I really wish I had looked into there scams before I ever gave them my money. Beware. So many reputable dealers out there....Stay clear of This one!

No compre en 232 tch. pierde su dinero yo perdi $289.99 . Compre un sansumg note 4 dos meses dejo de trabajar. Llame a 232 me dijeron tiene que llamar a Ebay estos me dijeron llame a 232 y finalmente nadie hizo nada por resolver. Si es un cell nuevo no se supone que dure un poco mas y tenga algo de garantia. Nunca comprare mas a ellos y recomiendo nadie lo haga sino quiere perder su dinero. Tambien Ebay tiene responsabilidad de ellos.

My daughter asked me to purchase a music themed sweatshirt, which came from this company. So I did. A few days later I emailed them and asked for a tracking number, no response. The item showed up and was the wrong size and color. I emailed again, explained the situation, provided the order number etc. I requested the correct item be sent with a return label for the wrong item, no response. I escalated the issue with PayPal and their resolution was to have me send the sweatshirt back for a refund; not cool, why should I pay return shipping? I called PayPal and they made it right. I then emailed the company and let them know that I still had the item and would like to get it back to them if they would email a label, no response.
