Ordered 2pair of Jordan 4’s came in original Jordan boxes and shoes were pristine no marks or shoe glue around the edges. Hit them up on Instagram @waelsupplier and he got back to me asap with the tracking information. I will definitely be ordering again !!!

Would love to review my coat but it’s still not arrived even tho it got ordered on the 23/3/24 it’s not 12/4/24 have asked for a refund but keep getting the same automated message…..NEVER AGAIN

I have ordered 11th of February . I had paid extra money for express shipping to Greece. It’s 11th of April and have not received anything. I have sent several emails to them. Their last answer was :
We can't do anything else, see with the carrier, if there is a problem, it don't come from us.This is our last response.

I cannot believe how many positive reviews this company has. Their customer service is so poor. I ordered 5 weeks ago and have been chasing my order up since. All they said was be patient until yesterday I said I will take this matter further they replied saying 'We can't do anything, we are not responsible, this will be our last response'. Basically they're saying the delivery service is to blame. Absolutely disgusting. I only spent £80 those who spent £100s are very lucky because once they got your money you have lack of service with them.

Never in my life have I experienced such bad customer service. i ordered a jacket on 14 February and a few days later the money is withdrawn, but the package is not sent. after I have pushed for it a few times I ask to have the order cancelled, but "funnily enough" it has strangely been sent that very day. It then takes another 14 days before the package is delivered. I will never shop there again. I payed extra to have a quick delivery as well because the jacket was a gift to My son on his birthsday om march th. 3.
I will not recommend this webshop!
