You cannot unsubscribe via the website or the phone application.
I have paid for 2 years and tried to unsubscribe many times.
The app is poorly designed, although logging your receipts is very simple anything else you need is near on impossible. I can't even download the tax report that is the purpose of the app and cannot get help, response or support
I have tried 50 times to make a payment to 1tap receipts and cannot get their prime account. I begged them to call me. i wrote many emails to the support. I AM LIVID WITH THIS AWFUL SERVICE!

No notification when renewal is due and first thing you know is that they have taken the money. Apparently, because my purchase went through Google play, it's a Google problem and my own fault that it renewed when I no longer needed it.
