Cannot recommend this company enough
Cannot recommend this company enough. We had a composite door fitted and a full glass insert in another door and from the moment someone came out to give us a price to the fitting, it has all been great. We had a good amount of communication with the team and any questions were answered. Lee came to fit the door and he informed us of everything and did a great job.
So pleased with the work and would definitely use 1st glass for any future works needed

Fantastic Quality
Gary and Reece made a fantastic job of replacing my bay and bathroom window. They were friendly and professional never wasted anytime in doing their job. They explained fully about the new windows before leaving. They totally cleared up after themselves both indoors and outside so much so that you would not know I had had anything done. The quality of the windows is first class and they look great. I would definitely recommend 1st Glass UK Windows and Doors

From ordering to fitting there was a only a small delay, I was informed and a new fitting date was set. I did start to get annoyed when I was asked on 4 separate occasions if I wanted to pay up front to reduce the cost, which I refused. I'd suggest you make a note of the customer's response and respect it. The fitting team were great and the door is fantastic

Had 15 windows and a pair of French doors fitted over 2 days by the lovely and professional Mick and Nigel. Absolutely brilliant job by the best 2 fitters we could have wished for. Highly recommend and already getting neighbours asking who did them.

1st Glass UK came to fit 8 Windows , 2 Doors. Took a gamble after seeing them on Facebook, .They did not disapoint. The guys who fitted my instalation Adil and Junaid were fantastic. They showed me how the locks worked .Never stopped from start to finish even in the rain, the were polite,curtious and cleaned up after themself. I am very with the quality , a happy new looking home and would highly recommend these guys/ company.

Live up to their name !
Fantastic company to work with, from the home visit that was arranged around us to the install 1st class have been brilliant, we are based in Lancashire and the sales guy came to us on a couple of occasions just to make sure we were happy and even put up with my multiple texts asking questions and replying on a Sunday ! We waited 6 weeks and were kept informed. Gary and Reece did our installation and they were lovely guys, even treated them to a pie from the local bakery for all their hard work ! Thanks so much

Had 2 front doors and a back door fitted to our properties and everything was great,Stuart and Dan who installed the doors were very polite and friendly and cleaned up as they went along,wrong door panel sent but it was changed quickly,would definitely recommend 1st Glass UK to friends and family.

Hi I used 1st glass for a new front door which was fitted last Friday , it was a superb experience from start to finish , was quoted , surveyed , and installed all without any drama. No professionalism
Someone named "Lee" called me yesterday having breached data from Instagram and calling me names such us "you are mental". Definitely bad company. Also, I have never filled any forms for this company in response to the below comment.
I would like to hightlight the abusiveness and rasism of the person calling "because you are from Poland you are mental". That is what he said.
And they called me the Instagram name, not Monika then, which is not changing the fact of verbal abusiveness of Lee.

Hi Monika, If i'm not mistaken you have visited our social sites clicked a request for a price on your windows, filled out your details for the price after which we have then contacted you. You have then told our staff that we shouldn't be contacting you?
How did you expect us to arrange a price if you didn't want us to contact you? makes no sense to me.
No data Breach involved in someone filling a form to request a price Monika which obviously leads to that company getting in touch to arrange the quotation, if anything i'd say that's a company being efficient.

Dealing with 1st glass was a positive experience from start to finish. Lynn who came and discussed the door was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The door was fitted by Lee who was courteous, professional and friendly. The door was fitted perfectly and no mess left afterwards. The quality of the door is top notch and I am thrilled to bits with it. I even got my twirly door handles and my door knocker fitted. Would highly recommend

So happy with my new front door, excellent service from start to finish. Very good quality and cheapest I found. Installation was quick and Lee who fitted my door done a brilliant job, and kept everything tidy after he finished,
Will be getting my windows done soon, and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
My neighbour is also using them after seeing the quality and fitting of my door.

Can’t fault this company
I came across this company by chance and were the only company out of three that got back to me straight away as the others didn’t even bother
From start to finish the communication has been excellent and any appointments made were for filled and on time
The fitting team that did our window Ivan Shaun ( Barnsley boys ) were A1 polite friendly and easy to get on with
Thanked us for the waters and ice lollies as the sun was blazing
I have recommended the company to my sister who has now booked to have her windows done with them 👍
