Very bad experience
Very bad experience. Be very cautious if using them as a mail service / registered office service - they never respond emails - emails get stuck in inboxes for weeks without responses, and even when it looks like your order has been completed - and is marked as the same - internally, it is not complete, and mail just gets sent back. Very untrustworthy.

Peace of mind for non-resident Company applications.
I am simply impressed with the speed and the professionalism of the 1st Formations. I needed to set up a company as a non-resident and did a through research of both formation companies and the option of renting a virtual office and doing the registry myself. All things considered 1st Formations seemed to be the best option and I am extremely satisfied with going with them! Strong recommend!

E mails were missed , UPDATED
E mails were missed
It took an extra 5 days as the compliance team didn’t check the e mails and I had to ring and chase 2 days running to get the company processed.
I’ve been using you for 10 years and the service has dropped this time
After what happened above, Shan from 1st Formations got in touch and explained what happened and came to a solution which I was very pleased with.
Subsequently I used 1st Formations again and they delivered a 5 star experience.
Will definitely be using them again
