In 2010 i had my first sliding doors installed in my house, Danny installed them and 15 years later Danny has returned to restore them. His workmanship and skill is off the chart. They could have easily pushed me to replace them but he didnt. Friendly and efficient, finding economical ways to fix a problem makes me a big fan. Marcus, Jenny and the team are amazing. When i first installed my folding doors i recommended to three fruends to use them, 15 years later they are all still happy with their doors. Absolutely amazing!

We had 1st Folding replace several of our windows, and provide us with 3 doors (2 rear doors and one front door). The ordering experience was extremely nice, and they were quite proactive about working with us through various options. Because of the Christmas holidays and a custom front door colour, it took them several extra weeks to find the optimal trim for our front door (I was told they came out with several different colours before they found something they were happy with)--but it was certainly worth the wait and now our front door looks fantastic as well.

Dan and Jenny came to replace one of the hinges on our bifold doors on a Sunday morning. They were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Would absolutely recommend. Five star service!

Just before Christmas, our bifolds wouldn’t open. As a mid-terrace house with rabbits and fish - this proved a problem!

The team at 1st fold went over and above to resolve the issue. Firstly, their customer care team troubleshooted the issue over the phone - enabling us to identify broken parts and a way to get the door open (enabling us to feed to rabbits).

Next, the team managed to get one of their installers out to us next day to replace the broken parts. The last working day before they closed for Christmas.

Great after care service on bifolds that were fitted in 2018. Highly recommended.

Jenny from the services department well really out of her way to help us when we had an issue with our bi-fold doors.
The jamming issue happened the day before we were going away for a week and it was really important to get it sorted asap. She was super busy that day but still managed to get the fault fixed

Excellent service. Would highly recommend. Ordered bifold doors from this company. Experience throughout - from survey through to installation of doors and follow up - was excellent. The whole team are very professional and responsive and do a fantastic job. We had to follow up on very minor snagging issue this was addressed promptly with someone coming out to us within 2 days. We are really happy with our new doors and would definitely use this company again.

Amazing doors and always admired by friends visiting. When they were installed the tradespeople were efficient and tidy and helpful. Just had a service as door was sticking and it was fixed without question and without charge. They arrived on time and were super professional and thorough and doors now perfectly working again. CANNOT RECOMMEND MORE HIGHLY!

From start to end this company has been great to deal with. We ordered 6 ft floor to ceiling windows for our dormer loft. We had Aly come out to measure and ensure what we wanted works in the space. The fitters came onsite and got the job done swiftly. Although we did have a minor issue with the window opening mechanism Dave and Paul came out to fix it promptly. Took them less than 10mins. Overall very happy with the quality of the window, the workmanship was excellent. Will definitely use this company again.

Fantastic service, even five years after installation. The lovely Daniel and Jenny came out over the weekend to fix an issue. They went above and beyond to repair the problem, including replacing parts that hadn’t broken to future proof our door.

So impressed with the excellent service provided by 1st Folding Doors when our eight year old bifolding doors had a problem. Jenny was super efficient booking an engineer to take a look and Dan the engineer was wonderful, explaining the problem and fixing quickly (and is a super nice guy!)

We've always loved our doors - they look fantastic and work brilliantly and now we've had a problem resolved so efficiently, I can add fabulous customer service to that.

We had an issue with the mechanism on our sliding door; Dan came out the same day we flagged it, and made sure it was secure, and ordered the replacement parts to arrive as soon as possible. Very professional and clearly knew his stuff - couldn't ask for more really. Excellent.

The appointment at the showroom in Surbiton was very informative and useful for us to decide what doors and windows we needed. We met Seble at the ideal home exhibition and her knowledge and warmth made us return back to this company. Seble gave us lots of time and patience which was quite rare in our experience with showrooms.
