These are THE BEST coffee shot glasses EVER! They're made in Italy - Check; They're up to a bit over 2.0 oz ("doppio of doppios!); They're thermal glass; They have the Motta logo and that cute as a Dickens "kitty cat" embossed on them; They're the right "width" to take a double La Marzocco porta filter spout within the circumfrense (when I need doubles and ain't up to a naked porta filter); They are so damned "cool!"; 1-st Line got them to me (I ordered a number of them) PDQ! Hats off to Motta!! (Yay!), and foremost to 1-STLine, seemingly THE ONLY US SOURCE for these glasses!! Top notch "espresso WEAR," and top notch customer service! Satisfied all around!! Only thing I'd ask for is: Do Motta make it in red, vermillion, blue, or green?? If and when, let me know! Love these!!!

Quick delivery and the product was as expected

Easy to use website, fast delivery, but I purchased 2 product a grinder tray and double shots glasses. The tray had some dirt on it inside the box indicating that it probably was an open box but that wasn't mentioned when I placed the order the other thing is that one of the 2 shot glasses has a sharp edge (not safe to drink from so I tossed it out). But I like the coffee tray and didn't mind that it was an open boxed item I just figured that it should be mentioned upon purchase and no big deal about the cup its only $6 dollars.

I appreciate the quick delivery of my part I ordered for my MicroCasa Leva. It arrived in two days! However, I would also appreciate an answer to my question I filed on the Microcasa on March 10th. As of today - no answer.

1st-Line is always great; fast to respond to questions and comments, reasonable prices, and the best equipment for home espresso.

Poor purchasing support.
I hope their return policy is better.

Upon ordering Lelit water softener cartridges, delivery within a week in perfect condition.

Lelit water softener cartridges have been out of stock for some time so I appreciated the ability to have 1st-line automatically send an email when new supplies were available. I immediately ordered, shipping cost was reasonable and I received the softeners in just a few days. Couldn’t ask for more.
