They started out with very good service, then over time my orders was being sent to every address except the one I requested, if u move from Ny to California give them a Cali address and your order might still end up in Ny .. they make it seem like it’s your fault, ..The worst
First I wanna say that I love this site. I've ordered a lot of papers and I've recommended this site to a lot of people. However, what I had to deal with today was ridiculous. A little back story: Back in January of 2016 I ordered some products from 1percent.com but was sent someone else's order by mistake. I contacted them and I was sent my order. I was informed that I had to send back the other order or I could keep it but I would be charged the additional amount. I liked the stuff so I kept it. Now, fast forward to 11/25/2020 when I ordered some replacement parts for my clipper lighter from this company. I have been waiting for an email stating they were shipped. Today they sent me an email saying they had to cancel my order due to a billing issue. Which I found funny because they had placed a hold when I ordered that fell off and now I have a pending refund from them. All my info in their email was correct too. I responded to their email and they wrote me back to tell me that back in January of 2016 they never received my return and I never paid for the items. They stated that until this was rectified they could not send me any products. How is it my fault that they messed up almost 5 years ago and never charged me? They didn't even tell me how much I owe them to even rectify their mistake. Now I know that the lost of my business may never make a significant dent in their bank account but I could care less. It's not like I was ever contacted by them in the last 5 years to inform me. It took them a month just to lie to me about my bank being the issue when in fact it was their fault.
I expected good products but never expected the service I got. Ordered Thursday afternoon and got the package on Friday in NYC! Product as described and quickly tested and even a bunch of free stuff. Will use again,
