Very poor customer service, slow shipping, questionable business practices

Wow this company is awful. Completely rude customer service. Very questionable business practices (I ordered from amazon and they deleted my seller review in order to look better to other potential customers because it wasn't positive.) Their email response to my complaints were very childlike, incomplete sentences, lack of punctuation, capitalization, no structure at all, very informal and uncaring. There are lots of places to get these types of items, don't buy from these people.
