I wanted my very best photo from my trip to Japan as a piece of artwork which could be hung on my wall and the 1ClickPrint offer came at the perfect time. I was afraid that when expanded for a 16”x12” canvas there might be a loss of definition as my photo was taken on an older iPhone but it was sharp and just perfect! I am so pleased.

Absolutely awful picture is rubbish quality and blurred beyond recognition customer service useless avoid at all costs

I just wanted to pass on some feedback regarding my recent order. Amanda in Customer Services was extremely helpful in resolving the issue with my original photo, and I’m very happy with the replacement print.

The only concern I have is that the courier left the print on my doorstep rather than handing it over or placing it somewhere safe. As it’s a valuable item, I’d appreciate it if future deliveries could be handled with a bit more care.

Fantastic service and Amanda went above and beyond when I got my order wrong. Sent a replacement out with the right alignment. When my canvas was delivered to the wrong address again Amanda sent a replacement out can not thank the company enough. Great quality Canvases. Ideal for Birthdays, anniversaries and Christmas. Great prints, sharp and vibrant. Have used 1ClickPrint for several years, and the service has been consistently good. Online systems are very easy to use, and if you do need advice, their staff are always really helpful. We wouldn’t use any other company, and I would highly recommend them.

The customer service, advice and quality products has made me purchase so many wall canvases and will continue to do so when needed in the future and will recommend to friends.
