The credibility of 12voip was recognized before, but they have lost their credibility after 2025. The website has automatically deducted money many times, which is unreasonable. I have negotiated with them many times and asked for a refund, but they adopted delaying tactics and delayed refunding me. Therefore, we should actively complain to them. This website has no mailbox and no customer service.
