NEVER AGAIN - ORDER 25631988
ORDER 25631988. I have ordered ink cartridges for my HP Officejet 8720 2 or 3 times and have been very satisfied with how they work and how long the XL size lasts. I apparently haven't ordered for a while but 2 of my color cartridges are getting low so I checked my inventory. Turns out that one of them is the completely wrong cartridge but the right color. I took it out of the box to see if it was maybe the right one was just in the wrong box. It wasn't. So I went to their website and sent an email to customer service from there. It has been at least 3 months and I haven't heard back. I guess I'll have to call. I hope they will do the right thing. A lesson to be learned is to check ALL orders even if you are only ordering to have backup stock. 8/9/2021 EDIT. They refused because the order is over 30 days. It is a very old order but I expected them to do the right thing since it was their mistake.

Totally satisfied. First cartridge received was defective. A quick phone call got an apology, and a new cartridge arrived 3 days later.

123inkjets.com is scam
First of all, they dont tell you that they are charging you in USD but when you see your bank statement, you are ripped off. Secondly, they give you a fake delivery tracking at the beginning and in the end they will give you another tracking number which is way different(late) from the original one and by that time you need your toner and buy a new one from the store. You end up having 2 toners. When you ask for refund, they tell you that you wont get refund for shipping and send the toner at your own cost. Feel like I was scammed. Be careful!

They have brand names and generic versions. I've found the generic ones work all right on the samsung printers.
