Persistent Failures and Unreliable Support

We have been using 123FormBuilder for over four years, and unfortunately the experience has significantly declined. Over the past months, we have faced ongoing issues, and the situation has only gotten worse. Earlier this year, one of our forms stopped working properly and remained broken for more than three months despite repeated contact with customer support. We were constantly told the issue was “escalated,” but no real progress or resolution ever came.

Even more frustrating, our Platinum package subscription was automatically renewed at full price while this critical issue was still unresolved. We had raised the problem well in advance of our busy season specifically to avoid disruptions, yet the lack of follow-through caused exactly that—operational stress during peak business time.

Now, in addition to the original unresolved issue, our main form is malfunctioning and a Google integration has completely stopped working. Once again, customer support has been unable to provide effective help or concrete solutions. Responses are slow, vague, and repetitive, with no accountability or clear timeline.

For a long-term customer paying for a top-tier, business-critical service, this level of reliability and support is unacceptable. Despite over four years of loyalty and paying for the Platinum package, the platform feels unstable and the customer care does not justify the cost. We are actively considering moving to a more reliable provider, as 123FormBuilder has proven to be neither dependable nor responsive when it matters most.

Very Poor and Low Company (SCAM)

I recently purchased a subscription from 123 FormBuilder at full price, only to find out shortly after that there was a discount promotion where I could have paid significantly less. This feels like a complete rip-off!

When I reached out to request a price adjustment or a refund, I received no meaningful response – just silence. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for paying customers.

The pricing practices and poor customer service are disgraceful. I cannot recommend 123 FormBuilder and will definitely avoid this company in the future.

Stay away! Lots of bugs and limited functionality

Stay away if you can because there are so many bugs in the forms.

The forms theoretically have a lot of nice features (payments, uploads, etc.), but the functionality is limited and the entire form has broken multiple times for our company in the last few months, causing my customers to not be able to check out and forcing me to spend my time fixing a form that should not have broken.

Bad experience

The link sent to my email did not work and I lost a lost of information that was inputted to the website on Landcare.
No spell check and the responsibility must be shared with Landcare who used thihs for grant applications.

obsolete plugin without informing clients

Hopefully they will update and fix their wordpress plugin, Captainform/123ContactForm.
they stopped chat support and plugin development for years, despite we still paying for it.
they didn't even inform us that it has become obsolete, unless we start to get security notifications from wordpress, leaving us with many technical issues and unsolved tickets for years.

We have used 123FormBuilder since 2015, and have not yet found anything we can't do with it. Their chat support is outstanding and usually there when needed. We're moving into a new association management system, and were so excited to learn that Zapier will let us integrate 123Forms with it!

123FormsBuilder is the worst app on the planet. I have been trying to disable my account and stop the subscription for the past year but they continue to charge me despite telling me they will stop my subscription months ago.

When I log in to try to stop the auto-renewal, the button does not work.

I do not think these are coincidences and this company definitely is fraudulent.

When you contact support for help, they refused to answer the simple questions and decided to turn the CHAT feature off so you won't talk to them. So instead, you will be forced to use email, and it will take 24 hours or probably longer to respond back.

WORK WITH THEM, you will have no regret

This company is fantastic. I work with them for about 10 years new. They always keep up with new standards for forms. They implement all the time new features while already offering pretty much all you can think of and need. There are always available to chat and always super helpful. Everyone is very professional, and solve any question you might have. Very easy to use platform. Not 1 single bad thing about it. Do work with them!

I have been using 123 forms for a while…

I have been using 123 forms for a while and recently upgraded my account. I'm a small business, meaning IT support, marketing and sales are all me! With minimal IT tech know how, this product and indeed the customer support team have made it possible to provide the best possible service to my clients.
Great support, customer care and a great product.

123 are always evolving the products and asking users for their input and opinion.

Amazing customer service/support

I came across 123FormBuilder through a quick google search. I wasn't expecting to find just what I needed with such thorough support from a chat agent, but that is exactly what I received. The agent, Karla, was so patient and supportive in answering all of my questions and walking me (a tech novice) through each step to program my form to have it function exactly as I needed. I will definitely use them in the future - highly recommend!
