123 Employee is a Scam

#DONT_HIRE

Warning: 123 Employee is a Scam – Dishonest, Unethical, and a Complete Waste of Time & Money

If you’re considering hiring 123 Employees, DON’T. My experience with them has been an absolute disaster, and I want to make sure no one else falls victim to their fraudulent and manipulative business practices.

I initially trusted them to handle critical aspects of my business, but over three months, they completely failed to deliver. Here’s what you can expect if you work with them:
• They DO NOT do the work they promise. Instead, they go off track, make excuses, and pretend tasks were completed when they were not.
• They sabotage your systems. My CRM was intentionally messed up, disrupting operations and causing major issues in my business.
• They cost you money and time. Due to their incompetence, my phone lines were disconnected, leading to missed calls, lost business, and unnecessary expenses.
• They will continue to bill you while doing NOTHING. Instead of being accountable, they play games—ghosting, pretending to be sick, or making up random excuses to avoid responsibility.

Management is Just as Bad—They Play Games and Ignore Complaints

When I escalated concerns to upper management, I expected professionalism, but instead, they laughed at my concerns and treated my issues like a joke. There is zero accountability at this company—they don’t care about their clients, only about taking their money.

They Steal Your Ideas & Have NO Ethics

Not only do they fail to follow instructions, but they go off and do their own thing, often trying to steal ideas instead of executing what they were hired for.

Final Warning: Stay FAR AWAY

If you care about your business, your time, and your sanity—DO NOT HIRE 123 EMPLOYEE. They are scammers who will drain your resources, provide nothing in return, and laugh all the way to the bank. There are far better alternatives out there—this company is nothing but a predatory, unethical operation.
