Good service, easy to use

Have used this site on a number of occasions as easy to use and competitive pricing. Would be even better if we could book the second driver in advance rather than have to do that on arrival.

The collection at the off site location …

The collection at the off site location was poor, it seemed a busy time, we waited for the third collection from the airport and there was a queue waiting to pick up the car
No instructions on booking that it was with Hertz, Firefly instructions very poor.

Absolutely brilliant

Absolutely brilliant. Having been ripped off last year by Europcar in Sicily I was unsure as to how good 121 were going to be. They were marvellous. Easy booking, great customer service, excellent brand new hire car, easy collection & return and good transport to/from airport.
