Broken bulb, wont replace

They sent me a 10 PACK of 8ft led bulbs for my shop. I need 10 bulbs exactly and they only sell them by the 10 pack not individually. One broke in shipment and they wont send a single replacement they are refunding me for the one bulb and requiring me to order a full 10 pack to get one more bulb. beyond stupid for such a large company. They lost my business and anyone I speak to on the issues of lighting. Be caution of this issues. Shipment was fast

Edit: They Removed my 2 star review from their website stating it didnt meet their requirments. I legit copied and pasted what I had on the websit onto this review site. I dont find anything I said to be out of line It just wasnt a 5 star lying review like the require it to be. BUYER BE CAUTIOUS

We have found that shipping individual tubes, specifically the 8 ft tubes that you have purchased, only increases the chances of the replacement order being damaged. For that reason, we are only able to offer a refund for the individual tube, or a prorated case minus the cost of any additional shipping.

Edit: As relayed to you in a direct email, your initial review was posted on a site dedicated to product performance. The review that you left was regarding our policy for damaged and defective claims. That is the reason why it was removed. At this time, we consider this matter to be resolved and completed.

Ordered on phone. Sales was able to find a replacement bulb that works. Order was easy to complete.

The new version is great!

The new version is great! Love the added J hook and safety cable as well as the adjustability of the wattage and lumens. Hope the pricing stays stable as it is great value for a top of the line UFO type LED light used in a high bay location.

One of the best experiences…

Probably one of the best experiences online I have ever had. I ordered one day and had the LED lights in just a few days. They shipped it the same day I ordered. Everything was perfect and I got exactly what I wanted. Better than I expected.

Not worth the cost of doing business

Not worth the cost of doing business. Ultimately, I spent a few hundred dollars for lights for a commercial operation. I tried cheaper lights elsewhere but wasn't happy, so I figured a more expensive commercial solution would work better for my needs.

Our building has new service, new wiring, and I have tried other plugin floor lights with higher lumens, and none of them do this other than these track lights ordered and cheap lights I had returned which were a fraction of this cost. Ultimately, I was told they suspect it is a "frequency issue" and it appears are simply passing the blame on our wiring. The end result was an offer to charge me a bunch of money to return these as I would need to pay for shipping, and they would send something else that I would pay more for. This is not ecommerce in 2024, sorry, this isn't 1994.

Ultimately, their sales rep was nice, but wasn't fully informed on some of his recommendations, nor follow up with my specific requests, but he was nice enough. The policy, however, is not appropriate and the fact that I spent hundreds of dollars on flickering lights, I'm disappointed in their policies and response and lack of even trying to escalate this to resolve the issue.

We have been in contact with the client and we have offered a few options for us to receive the product back for additional testing. Reasonably so, the client was concerned that removing the track would damage his ceiling. We then made a suggestion to have only the fixtures sent back to us and we can test those. The client's last response to that request was that he was going to purchase another track and test the fixtures himself on the additional track to see if it was the same outcome. We were advised that they would test on different properties and we would be sent a video showing the testing as well. Once that was done, they would be shipped back if needed. At this time, we are just waiting for the outcome of the additional testing. Once we have that information, we can proceed if and how necessary.
