I have had excellent service several times in the past from Darren and Nick, and this time it was Toby who excelled. I bought a new laptop from them, and Toby set it all up for me, cloning my existing laptop, including files, apps, cloud access, contacts, favourites etc. And they gave me 1-year free anti-virus cover with Norton 360 and a five year warranty on the new laptop. The work was carried out quickly and I cannot fault it in any way - well done!

I had a major problem after a Windows update. My laptop was on usable. Called in Wiltshire micros problem solved brilliant service friendly smile didn’t make me feel like a donkey.

Would fully recommend for buying servicing and repairing computers

I was unable to log into my laptop and took it to a larger electrical retail company. They told me I had been hacked and they were unable to help.

I took it to West Wilts Micros in Trowbridge. A man was called from the back room, who gave me all the advice I needed. He reassured me that all was fine, why the problem had arisen, and how to sort it. West Wilts Micros would not take any payment for the time and advice they had given.

I left feeling relieved and was able to remedy the problem as soon as I was home.

It is this kind of service that seems to be going out of fashion elsewhere. If there is anything on the laptop that needs fixing in the future, I will choose West Wilts Micros because I know they will provide an excellent service and will not overcharge for it.
