So the idea is of course good but the actual execution is terrible. I have a voucher for forty Euro. Can I use the system to buy a voucher at the shop of my choice for 40 Euro? No of course I can't. I can buy twenty, I can buy thirty, I can buy fifty. What they're banking on here is that people spend some of their own money as well because you cannot receive the amount your voucher is worth. Is this illegal? No its not. Is it bad business practice? Absolutely. The only reason I have this voucher is because of work, I would never spend my own money on this rubbish. I'd suggest you don't either. Rather go to the shop you want a voucher for and buy one directly. Wunschgutschein has now flagged my review to have it removed when they know full well they're in the wrong. Don't waste your time with this rubbish business

Unable to redeem the voucher code or use it as intended initially and the customer support was slow. It took a week to redeem the code. Not recommended!

I use it when I can't think of the right gift for my friends and also when I am running out of time. The option for customisation is also amazing. It makes it a bit more personal.

I have lots of bad experiences with this company I bought vouchers they said we will send the code to your mail with in 60 minutes but it's already 5 days I am waiting for but i didn't receive it

The process was very easy and reliable

they did not send me the code after they promised it has been sent in oe week. it has been 3 weeks.

''They took me to the fraud process. I'm alright with it cause I bought 13 codes for buying kitchen.It's normal they can change everything. But the process is outdated for sure. They sent me a code with a post, it took 5 days. After that, I enter the code to the link. They told me the process would take about 5 more days. Today is the 14th day since I bought 13 codes worth about 1.500€, and I still cannot use them. We are living in 2025; they don't have phone support, and they are responding by mail in minimum of 2 days. This could be a joke, next time I won't risk my money.''

I wrote this and they sent me an E-mail to speed up the process. I e-mailed them 4 days ago. There has been no answer so far. It feels like Wunschgutschein is a scam.I gave the case to the European Consumer Center and started the legal process against them.
