do not buy this gutschein
I get this gutschein from the company where I work. and everytime iÍ try to use them I have a problem. First time I tryed to use the in amazon.de and they were not active and I have to conrtact them in wunschgutschein. the second time I tryed to use them in Müller, but they were rejected by the store and they said in Müller that the Gutschein are not activated. I contacted the Wunschgutschein , and they said that they will send it again. And then nothing. My advice to use them, do not do that to anyone you care about.

Disappointing Customer Support and Voucher System
I am extremely disappointed with both the product design and the customer service.
I still have the physical WUNSCHGUTSCHEIN card, including the unique identification number printed on it. Unfortunately, the accompanying greeting card that contained the activation code went missing during my move to a new apartment.
I contacted customer service hoping they would be able to retrieve or verify the activation code using the identification number already printed on the voucher card. Instead, I was repeatedly told to contact the person who had given me the gift. After doing so, I confirmed that they no longer had the activation code or any purchase documentation.
Despite having the voucher card itself and its unique identification number, customer service still stated that there was nothing they could do. I find it very difficult to understand why a company cannot trace an activation code using the voucher's own identification number. If the company can issue and activate these vouchers, one would expect there to be a way to identify them in exceptional circumstances.
In the end, the customer service was unable to offer any solution whatsoever. This makes the support feel ineffective, as they simply repeat the same instructions without attempting to help once those options have been exhausted.
I would strongly recommend improving both the voucher system and the customer support process. A unique identification number should be sufficient to verify ownership and recover an activation code in situations like this.

I was gifted a wishcard and am trying to use it. I keep getting the error message VCRx54. Then I go to reactivate the card and it says it is still valid and wait 24 hours. But it does not reactivate.
