I have been using WunderTrading for several weeks now. The interface is clean and user-friendly, and connecting my exchange account was straightforward. This is my first time doing anything with crypto trading. I was a bit nervous but WunderTrading made it feel simple. I use the DCA bot and it already gave me a few small profits. The dashboard looks clean, not confusing like other websites. Just started with small funds and will see how it goes, but so far, I’m very impressed

I started using WunderTrading not long…
I started using WunderTrading not long ago, and I’m really impressed by the AI bot. It’s the first time I try something like this, and it already gave me some profit. It’s working automatically, which is great because I don’t know much about trading yet.
Just be careful how much money you put in. I think it’s better to start small and learn slowly. For now, I’m very satisfied and excited to continue.

Awesome tool
Awesome tool, but one support (Ozge) is always struggling to understand my issues (4th time today, even with clear examples). She prefers to debate rather than to say "I don't understand it, let me forward you to another assistant." She sure does a hard job since she is very fast in answering and mostly the first one to do so, but that does not help much if she can't help much.
It would be great if I would not have to argue to get to an assistant who understands the processes better.

It's incredible! For a few hours the site has been unreachable because they have reached the maximum connection limit to the cdn and they have not noticed! In a paid service this is unacceptable... how do I access my positions now?

Purchased Pro and upgraded to Premium for AI Bot functionality. HUGE disappointment! My test AI bot finds a position within hours. My actual exchange accounts have been running for days and have not found positions and are displaying 'Searching for trades..." 4 days 17 hours. Service has been horrible and I am very disappointed.

Here I figured everything out very quickly; nothing was complicated in the process. Everything works fine and everything is set up. I studied, registered, practiced on the training one and have been trading for almost half a year now.
As for withdrawals, they do withdraw, but there are also delays with payments, in my experience, the smaller the amount, the faster they withdraw.

Great Platform for Beginner Crypto Traders
Not a bad platform for crypto tradering, as a beginner, I found it quite easy to use and manage the bots, I've been using the Grid and DCA bots and I think I managed to achieve a pretty good profits considering I didn't really make much effort. There's also something called the platform's copy-trading feature which helped inexperienced me to follow successful traders and learn from their strategies. I started with the basic plan after the one week free trial period but over the last 4 months I began to get things much better. The support is also helpful, they answered all my questions. I had no experience before this platform but I don't think I'm going to look for another one anytime soon. I'm pretty satisfied so far so definitely recommend!

The conditions for trading here are quite adequate. There are many tools without requotes. Support always answers your questions and brings you up to date if something doesn’t work out. There are also convenient deposits and withdrawals, a good terminal, execution without glitches and freezes. Reliability and security are at the highest level, which makes my financial transactions on the cryptocurrency market comfortable!

I enjoy using WunderTrading because of…
I enjoy using WunderTrading because of its simple user interface and low barrier to entry. While Signal bot is still a bit overwhelming for me, Grid bots have been performing exceptionally well and are proving to be quite profitable. I've spent about $118 on three months of subscriptions, but my profit has exceeded $2000, so I’d say it turned out to be a good investment, even though I was initially sceptical. I'll continue using the platform to see how things progress. I'll give it a 4-star review, though, as I need to use a VPN to purchase the subscription.

They claimed not beta platform but...
I've been using Wundertrading for paper trade for 30 days with only 1 pair, but when dealing with multiple pairs, it always opens BTC instead of the other token that has to take place. Therefore, I've lost enormous money on trade in just 3 days when trying to find out what is happening.
I know they will not give any compensation for their fault and charging subscriptions for the non tested beta platform but If someone reads this please stay away from this platform for real-time trading.

Upon reviewing your bot settings, it is visible that there are 3 pairs you chose, and one of them is BTC/XXX.

Great platform for trading automation
Great platform for trading automation. I have been using it for couple of months now and I must say that it is just awesome. As soon as you get used to it, you will see pure potential . At the beginning, I was receiving multiple errors in the bots , but once I fixed them, no issues further, only few interface troubles, but they were fixed quickly. I asked support and developers to increase maximum AI bots limit and they did, so I guess they are listening to their users. Responsiveness from the support is also great. I would like to see an arbitrage bot in the future, that is what I really miss here :)

Customer support tries to argue that you just need to look for workarounds when you find bugs. Better don't spend your money on their subscription - it's useless.

Our support team had been helping you for 2 weeks straight with all your questions and concerns, we approved the refund you have asked for without any disputes , but calling our dev team "unprofessional" is not correct over a small interface flaw. We are providing a wide specter of tools and bots for better and automated trading experience, unique opportunities for multiple account management and more. We are ensured that our subscriptions will fit lots of users with different needs.
