Wir entschuldigen uns für die verspätete Lieferung, für den Käufer sehr unangenehm. Der Käufer hatte mehrere Bestellungen über einen Zeitraum von 2 Monaten getätigt und von uns erhalten. Es gab keine Probleme oder Verzögerungen, ansonsten hätte der Käufer nicht erneut bei uns bestellt. Wenn Lieferverzögerungen kurzfristig bei vorrätigen Waren auftreten, senden wir dem Käufer innerhalb von 2 Werktagen eine Lieferinformation. Es kann in Einzelfällen dazu kommen, dass ein bestellter Artikel nicht sofort lieferbar ist, auch wenn dieser als - Lagerware - gekennzeichnet ist. Wir möchten an dieser Stelle informieren, dass der Käufer bereits kontaktiert wurde, um die Angelegenheit und Bewertung zu klären. Wir sind täglich sehr bemüht, alle Kundenbestellungen umgehend zu bearbeiten und auszuliefern. Wenn der Käufer nicht reagiert, bleibt unser Kommentar in dieser Form stehen.

This company confirmed that they did sell TECE original drainlines. I ordered TECE drainlines on the webshop. I got Artiga, instead of TECE. The Artiga looks "cheaper" and is not etchmarked TECE as the original.
It will be VERYminteresting to see how they will try to get out of this SCAM. We are about to install next week!
Stay away from companies that do not deliver what they claim that they sell. That is my only recommendation to all potential customers. Do not trust this company!

Excellent store, highly recommendable!
My order arrived very fast, even though the store is located in Germany and I am from Romania. I really liked that they took extra care in packaging so that every item arrived in perfect condition.
