I was very sceptical from initially clicking on a social medial advertisement, but it was a leap of faith as I acted alone without referral or research, I wanted to purchase property in a SMSF.

I had no idea of what to do or how to approach it, or if in fact I would be eligible.
I received a call from Shane, he spent a solid 45 mins answering my questions and providing information. There were several follow up calls and some of them lengthy and out of regular business hours in the weeks after, just so I could feel comfortable in proceeding.

Once I engaged, it was on.. This Team executed so well, as a contract manager, I was very impressed with the prompt launch into setting me up. Almost every email contained the whole team, they were all across their process as a unit. They rolled it out so professionally and with a high level of cross communication..

Shane, Matt, Alyssa, Georgia, Alexia, Tess, Sharon smashed this process and did all the heavy lifting.
Whats most impressive is that even after it was all set up and my first property had settled, I’m still being contacted for a proactive approach to the ongoing management of my SMSF.

From start to finish the whole team was fantastic.i am so greatfull to have come across WT they made what I thought was going to be a daunting and stressful 10 to 12 weeks into a enjoyable experience. Nothing was ever to mush even taking calls after hours to work in with my schedule.
