They pretend to be official and send a fake tracking number and order confirmation, but afterwards they say that the order is stuck at some carrier airport and needs a fee to pass through, they just want money do not fall for it.
This company is a scam. They advertise "discreet" shipping, but once your order is supposed to arrive, they put it on hold and suddenly demand an extra payment to release it. Here's the message they sent me:
"Dear client,
We would like to inform you that your shipment has been placed on hold due to an urgent insurance fee requirement. This fee is necessary to ensure the discretion of your package.
We have multiple checkpoints, and securing this package helps prevent it from being opened. The $132 USD insurance fee is fully refundable upon delivery. Possessing this document will also allow discreet purchases throughout the state.
Contact us via live chat or email for assistance or payment info. Thank you."
