Very disappointing and unprofessional service. The website code provided was full of malware, which caused the server to go down repeatedly. Because of this, the website has been unstable and unreliable, creating serious issues for my business.
Despite clearly reporting the problem multiple times, the developer did not take any responsibility for the malware or server failures. There was no proper explanation, no permanent fix, and no accountability for the damage caused.
Even worse, the web developer stopped responding to messages altogether. Follow-ups were ignored, and there was no support or communication when it was most needed. Being left without any response while the website is down is completely unacceptable.
Overall, this experience resulted in wasted time, business disruption, and a lot of frustration. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before working with this developer, as the service lacked professionalism, responsibility, and basic support.
