The broker was slow to respond and…
The broker was slow to respond and required several follow up emails/phone calls to ensure that our policy was in place. To date I don't believe we have received a certificate of insurance despite several requests.

I have been with WRS for over 40 years…
I have been with WRS for over 40 years and have always been very happy. My father was a Lloyd's broker and recommended WRS.
Last year in April I was told that they were late sending a quote and that I didn't have much time as renewal was imminent so I accepted the quote.
I pay by Premium Credit and I asked if I had to do anything to carry on but was told no.
I also wanted paper copies of my policy. I was told three times that they had been sent. None arrived.
Finally I was told that I hadn't set up Premium Credit so I was asked to pay £500 up front in August. Obviously as a retired person I rely on being to pay by installments and have done this for several years. I finally got paper copies in August and my Premium Credit was re organised.
My policy is with Liverpool Victoria and I am happy with my cover.
I am unhappy with the service received and will probably look elsewhere for another broker.
