The seller deceitfully withheld tariff…
The seller deceitfully withheld tariff information costing me $400 plus dollars US in total losses.
Import penalty information need to be posted on ALL PAGES, or on a “must read” and agree page. No such page or other such information was readily apparent.
WRS is certainly entitled to their opinion as I’m entitled to mine.

We strongly disagree with your review.
Import duties and customs fees are clearly stated both in our Terms & Conditions and again before the order is completed. Customers purchasing from countries outside the European Union are explicitly informed that any import charges are their responsibility.
Furthermore, orders shipped outside the EU are VAT exempt, as clearly indicated on our website. The VAT exemption and the possibility of import duties are two aspects that every international customer is informed about before purchasing.
For these reasons, we cannot accept the claim that this information was withheld or concealed.

Even being in the UK it's still cheaper to order from WRS than most UK retailers and that is if they have stock! WRS is my goto.

I am very disappointed with the service…
I am very disappointed with the service from WRS. The packaging was not done properly—they only used a very thin layer of wrapping, which tore during shipment. As a result, the box was left exposed.
What made the situation worse was that my order was dispatched during rainy weather. Because the wrapping had already torn, the box became wet during transit. For an international shipment, I expected much better packaging to protect the product.
The items inside may have survived, but the poor packaging and lack of protection are unacceptable. I hope WRS improves its packaging standards, especially for orders shipped in bad weather, to prevent this from happening to other customers.
