We asked WRPM to provide a quotation for radiators on a complete new build. Gave them the rooms sizes and the pipe centres for every room. They provided a quote not advising us that they had not priced the radiators based on our pipe centres. The payment was made to them online. The money remained with them for 9 days and nothing had been ordered or delivered. Upon calling them to chase the matter, they advised they hadn’t received any payment from us. They were very rude and not taking ownership for their error in this instance. I advised them to return my money back and I did not want to any business with them. They called me back within 5 minutes to say the radiators will be with them the next day and delivery the next day. The delivery came and the driver refused to unload the 20 x (40kg) radiators from the van on site. So again we had to do their job for them. Again no apology at all. All the radiators delivered were all the wrong size and not to the pipe centres we had asked for. I called them back to tell them of their error. Again very abrupt responses blaming us. They said they worked on the room sizes not pipe centres. The front office management are so rude and come across very aggressive. I had experienced very bullish behaviour and unprofessional business approach by them with no solutions to resolve the matter in hand. I would never recommend anyone to do any business with this company. Cheap is not always a good thing. After sales will always be like this and it will cost more in the long run. This company’s guarantee means nothing. The man sitting behind the glass screen has a very rude attitude towards customers. Spent a lot of money with them and very disappointed with them.

2 x Nest thermostats. Cheapest price anywhere by £30 each. Ordered before 3 p.m. opting for free standard delivery. Goods were with me via Royal Mail at 3.15 the next day. Absolutely amazing. Full 5 stars.

Boiler was supposed to be delivered on date given. I phoned to get an estimate of the delivery time. I was told boiler was not in stock at warehouse so I would have to wait another 5 days. If I had not rang I would not have known there would be no delivery. Had to cancel order as could not be without hot water any longer!!!
