Use with extreme caution
I'm only giving 2 stars because the software is great ,but managing and pricing is horrible.
They sell you a cheap 9USD monthly package which can generate a hand full of text and meta related descriptions ,but as a consumer it feels like the credit is heavily over charged like 75USD for a 1000 credits but i could not prompt 15 items with 110 credits. So my opinion to this is that if you have a ecommerce website and you need to tweak product SEO this is could maybe help but its not startup friendly and the cost can not justify the time it would take you to prompt this on an excel and import manually than with WriteText.ai
And lets not even start with the support which is never answering , no confirmation that a ticket has been logged or answered when my payment when off by accident to get a refund.
And if you pay anything don't think you will get your money back if it goes sideways, they will ignore your request or use some funny excuse that your credits has been used but ignore your request even if you show them proof that the package they provide is untouched.
With the writing of this review i know they added no value to my ecommerce store and that i waisted 18USD which i will never see again. Its sad but we all learn the hard way

- We provide free credits upfront so users can test the platform before purchasing. You went on to purchase a subscription, which suggests you did see value in what the tool offers.
- Credit costs are listed clearly on our website, and we also had a calculator to help estimate usage in advance. Generating content multiple times for the same products will consume more credits, which may explain why usage felt higher.
- On support: we did reply to your ticket, but it’s possible our response ended up in your spam folder—have you had a chance to check?
- Regarding refunds: while the credits from your subscription were not all used up, some were, and as per our policy we cannot refund once credits have been consumed.
