Won't cancel ny subscription

I have tried to cancel my subscription 3 times. Or I should say, I have canceled my subscription three times. And they keep charging me. The first time they never informed me it would auto renew. The second time they said their was a glitch in their system. And this time I can't even find a way to cancel it again. I don't know if they do this on purpose, but it's ridiculous how much I have communicated with this company and they are still trying to charge me. But I am a driven person... normally I won't ever put effort into a company, like leaving a review or anything. But I am determined now... I will do everything I can to annoy this company so much they delete my info. Email every day. Leave reviews everywhere I can. Blow up their social media and website. I will make it so they hate me so much they wish they lost my info back in 2024. Vengeance will be annoying.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would! Crap customer service. We gave the subscription of 3 watches as a gift and they sent 2 of the same. I contacted them and they said the would send another watch free of charge. THEY CHARGED ME! I cancelled the subscription right away and they keep charging me and when I go to contact them to cancel it says the website doesn't exist! TOTAL SCAM!!!

The watches look GREAT but have not…

The watches look GREAT but have not received one that was Worth more than $35. Cheap knockoffs and don’t do the FREE SHIPPING COVERAGE if lost or stolen. It’s NOT FREE. Tried to charged me $ 29.99 every month a watch was sent. NOT WORTH THE PRICE FOR A SINGE MONTH.

Requested to change shipping address…

Requested to change shipping address once I saw the wrong one was chosen(my fault)

Never got a response but instead a bunch of your item has been shipped 2 days later

Then requested to cancel due to zero response, and was instead charged again 10 days later for another watch.
Still can’t get anyone to respond

SCAM!!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! It takes them a week just to reply, and even then, they lie. I explicitly requested a cancellation and refund because my order never arrived. Instead, they claimed they sent a replacement—yet nothing showed up. They promised to cancel and refund me, but guess what? They didn’t. And now, they pulled the same stunt this month!

I had to go through the BBB and even report them to my bank just to get my money back. This company is a massive scam—DO NOT trust them with your money!

Wristmafia sucks

I joined this wristmafia. My first watch was broken the big clock hand was broken off. This company has no customer service i still have not received a replacement watch. They are taking their time. Don't waste your time or money on this company. I am highly disappointed with wristmafia. I really didn't not want to give them 1 star. They get a zero from me.

Just got my first watch from them

Just got my first watch from them. I looked it up online and found the brand and a watch that is almost identical, but closely looking at the one I received and the one online I'm 100% sure the one I received is a fake knockoff. You can tell because the dials in the middle are just some weird random numbers and not dates and months like portrayed on the web site. I would not recommend them and rather save the $30 a month and buy a decent watch.

Absolutely not legit. Just got the second watch. Fake watches from China. They even go so far as to making fake websites for the watches. I just got the second one ( unfortunately I ordered a 6 month just to test it out) from Laker & Son. You can find the web page with a few designs and prices around $130 but for some odd reason there is no way to purchase it. The site says they've been around since 1989 but google says the company doesn't exist and when you check the details of the web page it's 2 years old with no specified owner. All these watch "sellers" are BS. Best to go back to the old ways and buy in a legit shop and not online.

Excuses for not shipping

Since the September (15th) subscription watch wasn’t updated a few days later I reached out to customer service who after two emails, said there was a delay due to the storms in the south, okay sure. A week later I asked for another status update and was told they were stuck in Canada… weird but sure ok.. I checked again and again excuses saying they would be picked up and sent out that day or that Monday… no update.. emailed again and stated the storm again.. I asked how is that possible if they were supposed to be stuck in Canada.. some excuse again. It’s nothing but a cheap watch for exuberant prices marked as “premium” they’re not even micro branded watches they are no name crap built watches.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I sent this message to No customer service: Ok, now I am getting pissed. I have sent 2 messages and no response concerning where is my other watch. I was supposed to get a shipment on 9/15/24, but I never received notification of shipment or tracking. I am going to put you people on blast on social media if I don't hear back soon. I paid in full and I want my money back or my product!!!!

Never agreed to an "account" or autorenewal

They autorenewed what was supposed to be a one-time purchase and keep charging my credit card. I don't want any more products from them. They make you "login" to cancel your "subscription" and I never created a login to begin with! After multiple attempts to contact them, I am going to have to dispute it with my credit card company. You will be sending them money in perpetuity with no way out if you make any purchases with them!

Watches are cheap quality

Watches are cheap quality but what did I expect with the price you'd be better buying your own of wish or temu that's the quality of them. My biggest issue was with what one of the other reviews said about the automatic payments I thought I was just buying a one of 6 months worth of watches then forgot about it no heads up about an up coming payment, cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund as they hadn't gotten around to sending out the watches but yeah the usual I should have read the site better and gone to Reddit before signing up. I probably won't have minded so much if the watches were better quality but like I said you could get the same thing from wish or temu better off using the same money and buying one nice watch.

The watches were nice/ Shady business practices

The watches were nice, my issue was that I paid for a 6month subscription. Well apparently somewhere in the fine print it says if you don’t cancel that subscription before it ends they’ll automatically charge you to renew it and when that happens you cannot get a refund. It’s not intuitive because if I paid for a 6month subscription why would I cancel it before the 6months is done? They need to send out an email or something warning people that they will be charged a renewal and make that point clear on the purchase page by offering an option to opt out of automatic renewal at checkout.

Cheep crappy watches

Subscribed wristmafia for a few months. A few weeks ago I popped the case backs off all the watches I had received to service them and all the watches were the same cheep unbranded Chinese movement on the inside. Was a complete waste of money for watches that didn’t keep time either. They claim to be unique and boutique brands. And in reality they are mass produced watches that internally were identical and dirt cheep. Save your money buy a nice watch from a local dealer.

Got this as a Christmas gift

Got this as a Christmas gift. I got my first watch a couple of days ago, and I love it. Watch clearly isn't cheap, not made of plastic like i have seen others state. I looked it up on the companies website, and it retails for $125. My subscription is $29 a month. My plan was to keep it for about a year and get a nice collection of watches, but I may keep it longer.

Pleasantly Suprised

Let me start by saying I was skeptical at first about trying this service. However, they had a 29.99 special for first time subscribers so I decided to try it. When I received my first watch last night I was amazed. It came in a really nice box and when I opened the box I was amazed to see how beautiful the watch inside was! The watch has a nice weight and doesn't feel cheap. The glass is nice and the band comfortable. I looked up the watch online at the retailer and it retails for 125 dollars new and I paid 30 bucks!!! I even got multiple compliments on it at work today. I will definitely continue to subscribe with Wrist mafia every month as long as they keep this up. Only bad thing I have to say is they use USPS and ship time is not the greatest. It would also be nice if they sent a complimentary watch case to house multiple watches. Keep up the Good Work Wrist Mafia and I will be a long time customer!!!
