I recently purchased a Tudor Black Bay Pro through Wristler from a German dealer (Watch Lounge / Frank Schuster), and the experience was outstanding.

As a first-time buyer on this platform, I was a bit nervous about such a significant purchase. However, Wristler’s security measures and personal approach quickly put me at ease. Even when there was a minor logistics exception with UPS in Latvia, the communication was clear.

I was reluctant to buy a new watch on line, as it is not a pair of shoes. The communication with Timo, one of the three founders, before ordering convinced me to choose for them instead of an AD.
It was the best choice I have made. Very smooth and transparent process, personal support by whatsapp, phone or email, immediate answers to all your questions and very honest and reliable. Received all papers, certificates and we jointly registered the watch in the watchmaker's database.
It optimally combines the benefits of an AD (personal communication and support) and an on line platform (cheaper price). I made us of their pickup service, also an excellent and personal experience.
If I buy another watch I will definitely go to Wristler.

Once payment was received by Wristler, the order was launched and delivery took place wihtin 8 working days.
The item was exactly as described.

The service that the Wristler team provided was outstanding.
The dealer could not deliver the watch because it wasn't in stock although their website said it was. The Wristler team immediately took care of this problem by providing me with another dealer and even negotiated a comparable price.
The watch was sent to me and I received it well packed in good order.
Sadly after testing the functions, the second hand wasn't working like it should and I had to take the watch to the Omega service center to have it checked and repaired. The watch is completely new so this would be a normal warranty case. The Wristler team did everything to help me and they are not to blame for this unfortunate problem.
Would I buy another watch via Wristler? Absolutely, their service is perfect, communication is great and fast.
I do love the watch, the price was good, I just had some bad luck.

I'm quite disappointed with Wristler's after-sales service. I bought the watch primarily because it was advertised as having the original box and papers. This wasn't the case. After expressing my disappointment, Wristler replied that mistakes happen and that if I wasn't satisfied, I could simply return the watch! Not exactly professional or reliable. For future buyers, I advise you to try contacting retailers directly to verify the information on the Wristler website. In truth, Wristler is practically useless.
