This is the worst company ever. Stay away from this fraudulent scamming company. I ordered three beautiful Bohemian tops with flowers sewn on every three items that I bought. They ended up sending me nothing what I ordered but junk. It didn’t resemble anything what I ordered and it’s throwaway junk. I’ve been trying for over a month to get them to send me a return label because they sent me items that I did not purchase and they’ve asked me to send the pictures over and over and over again what came to me and pictures of what I bought. It goes round and round and round in circles and they will not give me my money back. I will post on every platform to get this company from scamming others like the other 271 r reviews. I will contact Instagram to have them deleted so they don’t scam anybody else. I’m calling the Better Business Bureau to stop this company. They literally stole my money and will do nothing about it. If you read online that this is their policy is to not give you a refund and try to bribe you with coupons for future purchases. The stuff they thought me is from the Cheapest material and no bohemian look or no embroidery or flowers sewn onto the lace shirts that I bought stay away.

The clothes in the ad are beautiful. What they sent was flat and ugly and way small.looks NOTHING LIKE THE ADVERTISED CLOTHES. they wont refund the money. Just keep saying they are busy. I have emailed so many times. More than a month now

Thank goodness I read these reviews.I recognised the name from about 2yrs ago looked up the reviews ,how are they getting with these years later??

The pictures of the product I ordered did not resemble the very cheap items I received. They advertised embroidered linen material. What I received from the company had no embroidery on cheap shiny material. I contacted the company to complain and ask for my money back. They said I would have to return the garments at my expense and offered a 20% voucher. It’s all a scam they are fraudulent in using pictures to advertise but their product is very cheap and no resemblance to the garments advertised

Just received my order, what an absolute joke of a Top I received. Nothing resembles the photo's you see on the site.
I received a flimsy polyester T shirt, with badly printed flowers on. This site should be reported...they are taking peoples money and scamming them for poor quality goods that resembles nothing like the description. Just ridiculous. Cannot believe I got scammed.....

Wish we'd seen these reviews before ordering! What an absolute pile of sh*te. Poor quality item, shown on the website as 'embroidered' but what arrived was a cheap, tacky, polyester, printed, truly awful blouse. SCAM - SCAM - SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM. No refund - unless you want to pay return postage to CHINA!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The products do not look anything like the photographs. They arrived late from China. They have no was labels or company logo. They smell of heavy plastic. It is poor nylon printed fabric. 3 medium items cam às XXL XS L

Received the items (they looked beautiful on the site) when I opened them they looked nothing like was advertised. Absolutely disgusted material was thin and flimsy and could have passed for a tent.
I wish I had read the reviews and urge anyone who thinks of ordering to think again. SCAM SCAM SCAM

The items I ordered were NOTHING like the items I received. What a scam. I sent photos showing the items received vs the items ordered. And nothing was done at all - $100 down the drain. I also ordered bras through this website and again wanted to return them, but it was determined in favor of the seller. So I lost another $100. What kind of a scam place is this. I believe they take high end items from other companies and turn them into their own mockup of these item items to sell them to an unexpecting, naive audience of thousands of good hearted people. BUYER BEWARE

The dress advertised looked like 3 D flowers with texture and draping. Instead, it was flat printed flowers on cheap material. It took forever to get. They say 3-7 days. Lots longer and looks like cheap dress from China. Will not order again.

I bought an item from this company via tik tok. It is nothing like what is advertized. The item i recieved is poor quality not anything like advertizment or specification of materials used. It is a cheap and nasty piece of clothing for 36.00. Not worth 2.00. The customer services are diabolical. The refund policies are not in place correctly. This company is false advertizing. When asking for a refund and to return item they donot send refund information offer a 40 percent discount coupon instead.. iam totally disgusted by the diffrence in what i recieved and what was advertized on tik tok. This company should be banned from taking peoples money under false pretences

Totally unlike photos, cheap shiny material, shapeless style, badly printed, no labels for washing instructions , material etc. customer service playing dumb , and delaying return and no refund so far... very bad experience...I spent 100 euros.

I wish I had seen the reviews!
After a long time browsing the website I ordered a purple top made from linen with an embroidered Tree of life on the front.It had elastic at the wrists of the sleeves & a pretty scoop neck.
When the top eventually arrived it was a huge tunic top made from a cheap polyester material with a blurry transfer of something barely resembling the Tree of life on the front.
On complaining I had a quick response asking for a photo which I sent
Again a quick reply suggesting I contact them in 5-7 days to allow the processing of the complaint. I will follow this through but having seen the reviews I am not expecting a refund.How can they get away with this!!

The product design is exceptionally beautiful, original & creative. The customer service is excellent. I am more than satisfied.

It was easy to see what was available and to just click and purchase. I did have to be careful that I made sure the correct color was selected as it was not the color on the screen. Would have hated to have to go through the return and reordering process!

On December 15, 2025, I placed the order and it was delivered in the first days of January. The cardigan does not conform to the description. Jacquard workmanship involves a raised knitted texture, whereas the cardigan received is printed.

I therefore requested a refund of the amount paid for the cardigan due to non-conformity. I awaited for the instructions on how to proceed with the return.

I have written to WRENOIN several times, but I have never received a refund or even instructions on how to return the cardigan. The emails are being deliberately ignored in order to avoid issuing refunds.

Astounded is too insignificant an adjective for my reaction to their product. Advertisements are bound to be Legal, Decent, Honest & Truthful. This 'rag' lives up to none of those. I can neither be bothered to send it back nor would I insult a charity shop by 'donating' it. Even my rubbish bin spat it back out. It is cheap, ugly & most likely flammable. I should have known.

The site was broken into helpful categories that made what I was looking for easier & faster to find. It was easy to place my order & checkout.
