The cabinet delivery with multiple issues- wrong color, missing parts, poor quality, the top drawers ( no facial design) since we were having issues Conor never intervene as we were not satisfied with Jocelyn and Rachel’s response. In the beginning the team were always on top of their game but after the deal was done…. They would refer you to customer service. I would not recommend Wren cabinet.

Great service, with knowledgeable, professional, and friendly staff. Great product selection in a large showroom. They took the time to answer all my questions, no matter how many times I stopped in to discuss. They followed up with 'checking in' calls and email. Wren also offered great financial incentives and terms. Great experience overall! Highly recommended!

I can’t recommend Wren Kitchens enough for the quality and service.
Our Kidderminster designer Amelia-Rose Bunn helped us to design our kitchen giving guidance throughout the process.
Together with their kitchen fitter, our beautiful kitchen was fitted in a week.. all rubbish was collected by Wren agents.. once again thank you Amelia for a superb service.

Overall - we love the cabinets, they look amazing, and are super strong.

The Company - well established, large company who has been making cabinets for years in the UK and now for some time in the US. It was nice be able to walk into a very large showroom (in Lawrenceville, ~25-30 full kitchen examples maybe?) to see what was available. When doing your kitchen, it is nice to be backed by such a large organization with a good reputation. It seems well run and managed overall and was good enough to keep us from even looking at the competition.

The Product - We really liked the product. We used their cabinets for our kitchen renovation. They do other things too, but we only used them for kitchen cabinets. The cabinets are very well made, all out of MDF, very solid and attractive. We got the Juratek (vinyl wrapped) finish, and it has a beautiful finish which should be easy to maintain. We did have a few defective parts where the wrap didn't adhere properly which were replaced without question but are made to order so factor that in. Once installed, unbelievably solid, I was able to do pull ups on the upper cabinets. They use plastic legs which some people don't like, but I found that makes for a much better installation due to the adjustability. The leg plastic feels a bit brittle, but when properly installed are quite solid. They are holding up our quartzite countertops which weigh up to 800lbs, no problem.

Lots of options in their catalogue for design flexibility and with the help of staff, we were able to do some really interesting cabinet arrangements.

The build on the cabinets could be a scosche improved. Nothing significant, but some of the edges were not perfectly aligned, the hinges were not all perfectly centered. I am a perfectionist, for most I suspect they wouldn't even notice.

Acquisition and installation - I'm a decent DIY'er, have never done kitchen cabinets, but was confident in taking on the installation myself. Their installation costs are reasonably high, at least this is what I initially thought. Turns out, since all their cabinets are frameless, the sides, tops and bottoms around each cabinet are cut to size and installed in place. This made for a much more involved and time consuming installation than just hanging pre-made, framed cabinets. In retrospect, their installation price I feel is fair considering the amount of work involved.

Everything came exactly on time, that was very reliable.

One thing to consider the Juratek is unforgiving. There really is no way to repair it so it looks good if you make holes in it for example, so you have to be super careful not to damage it in any way and when you install it, you have to hide everything (screws, etc) which required some ingenuity. Everything has to be done from the insides or non-revealing surfaces. When cutting it, you have to be careful about tear out as it is not easy to repair it. They provide a wax pencil and ink pen, the ink pen works ok for color, but the wax pen is veritably useless, does not mask well at all if there are tiny chips, etc.

When the cabinets showed up, I had a fair bit of boxes and packages for the installation. I did not go through everything to check for damage and I should have. There were some defective parts, and since I was replacing them as I moved along, each part took about a week to make and ship. After a couple of these, I went through the order and checked everything out. There were less than a handful of issues, which was not bad for my order which was over 20 cabinets.

Pre and Post Sales Support - pre sales was very accommodating. They spend plenty of time with you going through the showroom, figuring out what you like, going over options, and there are many! They put everything up on screen right away, and they also have a virtual reality station so you get to walk through your installation even prior to ordering if you like. Our salesperson could have been more adept at the software, we did sit for a while as he made changes we requested. I suppose it was ok all things considered since they were modeling it real time.

When we got to the topic of price, they weren't pushy but they do tell you they are having 'the best sales they've ever had' only to find they have these 'best sales ever' all the time. It appears to me they have a very high retail, then big markdowns (20-60%) to give a feeling of a good deal. We found their final pricing to be fair for what you get, so in my opinion, they should just start with that. I suppose this is not different than some others.

Post Sales Support - While going through the whole process prior to acquisition, I hadn't thought about this and it ended up being one of their strengths. Always available, very helpful, addressed all issues. A bit to get the showroom on the phone, but not bad.

We had a wonderful experience with Wren. From the designer/planner, installation, and then customer service. Whatever minor issues we had were immediately taken care of. The follow up was amazing and the quality of the cabinets was better than what I expected.

Huge showroom. Easy purchase. Professional and very friendly service. High quality cabinets at great prices.

Had a few hiccups and delays at the time of installation but overall had a great experience and a wonderful end result. I worked closely with designer Taylor to transform my kitchen from a claustrophobic nightmare to the highlight of my home.

The end product is high quality, beautiful and durable. An unexpected bonus was that the process was FUN. I truly enjoyed designing my new space with my Wren rep, Jean. She was kind, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. I never felt rushed or pressured. We had a great time making the space beautiful and perfectly functional.

Our kitchen was due for a major redesign and we looked at many suppliers and brands and eventually decided on Wren after visiting their showroom in Hamilton, NJ.

First off, their range of cabinets and hardware were a match for the clean, modern design aesthetic we were looking for. Everywhere else seemed to have the same old dated styles.

We were most impressed by Rich, the designer at the Wren showroom who patiently and expertly answered every single question and concern we had over the entire time it took for us to make a decision. He was instrumental in getting the design to work for our space. The quality of the cabinet build, options and the range of colors and finishes was paramount to us as was the responsiveness of their team to our questions. Needless to say, we felt confident when we finally placed our order with Wren. Our order arrived right on time, well packed and with only 1 minor issue that was tended to quickly.

Our contractor did the installation and did not encounter any major issues with it.

We are beyond happy with our new cabinets. They feel solid, stable and look great! We would certainly recommend Wren for their quality and range.

The contractors he suggested were amazing. Also I had to contact customer support a few times and my concerns were dealt with immediately . The sales rep was very helpful in my selection process. He made very good recommendations that I never though of. I really liked the 3D format provided when putting things together. There was no pressure from him to force me to buy. I really liked the follow up provided after my purchase by him to see if I had any issues or problems. Delivery of items were on time as stated.

I was very pleased with Wren regarding the process from the beginning to end. It was really nice to see a beautiful showroom to be inspired by. I was so happy that they were willing to send someone out to my house to do the preliminary measurements at no cost. It was fun to be engaged in the design process with the help of Wren’s designated designer. The program they used and the 3D renderings brought everything to life! What I also appreciated was the 0% financing. It freed me to pull the trigger for such a needed investment in my home. Once the order was placed, the delivery process was smooth. The workers were so careful and thorough. They protected my floors before bringing in the cabinets and each item was numbered so you could keep track more easily. I had to request additional items and the warehouse was helpful and provided what I needed with no hassle. They even comped me an item I really wanted but did not initially plan for. After the kitchen and countertops were installed, I was overjoyed with how things turned out. I would recommend that people give Wren a try. If you love a streamlined and organized process, you will love the Wren way!

We have recently purchased a kitchen from Wren in Cardiff Gate and I must say that the process has been seamless and unpressurised. The lovely Abigail Thomas has been amazing and is an asset to Wren! Her approach is perfect. Knowledgeable, detailed, reassuring and without any pressure - exactly what is required!

Finding the right kitchen for us and going through the whole process of ordering and fitting has been a good experience all round . Nothing has been too much trouble from start to finish from John at Parkgate Rotherham showroom to Andy and Ray the fitters and the worktop fitting team . We are highly satisfied with the care and professionalism we had from everyone involved from start to finish and our kitchen is perfect for us , the units are good quality and the finish is perfect , extremely satisfied customer .

The install has not been completed as promised, two weeks beyond the promised time. Have had to deal with multiple service reps, a manager and the installer. There's been no show for deliveries, no countertop measuring, no reorder of damaged cabinet and doors, and numerous miscommunications. I feel we were promised products that were not appropriate for our kitchen and were yessed to death so a sale could be completed. We started this process at the end of November and as of 1/20/2025 we don't have a countertop, a pantry cabinet cannot be installed, and the damaged door has not arrived. Very much regret going with this company, the cabinets' quality is not worth the money, they are way overpriced. Needless to say, I will never do business with this company again nor will I recommend it to anyone.
