Beware! Total scam. They keep charging your cards after cancellation. Numerous emails and they keep charging you. You need to block your card.

It’s all good but I need to pause the order on the lions mane, I gave a huge surplus of bottles. Please hep me out.
On the other hand, I have not been the Shilajit resin consistently and I am out of it right now.
Please advise.

Scam company, DO NOT order anything from them.
Once they have your account details they will keep charging you each month.
Even after you email them and cancel your subscription.
Their excuse is 'However, sometimes the system may still attempt to charge automatically'
They don't respond and there product doesn't even do anything.
Steer clear to avoid money taken from your account and you constantly chasing them for a response.
There website has no other contact information. No social media.
They are absolute FRAUDS.

This is the worst company to deal with. The scam you by making recurring payments without your knowledge. Then they refuse to cancel your order by saying that the order is already in production stage. I had asked to cancel all future orders and today just got 324 USD just deducted from my account with no order associated with it. Do not fall into this scam. I am initiating legal action against them.

This company is awful! There is no customer service or no attempt made to help the customer. I sent 12 emails before I got a reply!!

Like others I clearly checked the box that says one off order and studiously avoided a subscription. The product took nearly a month to arrive but within days I was also charged a $35.99 subscription. I’ve complained but been told “it appears you placed an order under subscription. We have fulfilled the order and cancelled the subscription but cannot cancel and refund the order.” I have no idea if the product works but the company conduct themselves in a very underhanded fashion. AVOID!!!

This is a terrible product, and it doesn't work. The company abused the credit card 10 times, sending shitty products that are dangerous to health.

This is a froud company i bought ones and they deducted money five times I cancelled the membership several months ago and they always says that is the system error and keep sending orders and take money

I placed an order several months back but was not impressed with the product so i did not place any further orders. The following month i received another tub and debited for it and despite several emails confirming they had cancelled my subscription (their words as i wasn't aware i had subscribed to anything) they have just taken another payment and sent another tub. I have had to cancel my debit card and order a new one to prevent them taking more payments . Absolute Scam Artists

I ordered one bottle and they kept sending me another bottle and charging my card until I caught on to it. I emailed them and they said they stopped but a month later another bottle....smh something fraudulent is definitely going on.

Scam and fraud. They send you apology letter and with warm words but they keep deducting the amounts.

Be extremely careful with this company. They charged my credit card for an order I never placed and refused to issue a refund, claiming the order was already shipped. This is fraudulent behavior.

Even though I never subscribed or authorized recurring payments, they deducted money and only cancelled the subscription after repeated requests – but kept the money.

Avoid sharing your credit card details with them. This feels like a scam operation, not a trustworthy business.

Total Scam, I ordered a 6 pack for a decent amount of money. They keep sending me 6 packs every month, I have cacelled a number of times and they still take my money every month

I’ve cancelled this subscription, that I didn’t sign up for, 4 times and every time they send it again and charge me, outright theft! They then reply saying that they’ve refunded my money but it never appears in my account. Stay away from them. It looks like I’ll have to cancel my card
