Nice product but company is either unable or unwilling to make timely delivery of products. My last order was August 21st. Not received. Phones always go to voicemail & email responses are from a script. Prior to this order. I placed an order of 44 shirts which were listed in their site as in stock on April 18th. Had hoped to received as mothers day gifts for church members. After numerous bogus communications and emails they were received July 21. My August 21 order was o ly placed as my Pastor admired my shirt and wanted to purchase one. With much regret I ordered 2 Shirts which their site listed as "In Stock" on August 21 thought I might receive by birthdates In late September. Still waiting, I have a terrible feeling that I may never receive them and the company refuses ANY refunds. I hate to file a small claims against them but it's looking as though I have no choice. Doesn't matter if order is large or small they cannot deliver.

I wish I can give this zero stars! I ordered $60 worth of items never received anything emailed them said that due to Covid sorry they were behind and that if I still want my order or they would refund and I said yes I still want my order never received it!! Have called, emailed and no response now!!

I paid over 20 dollars for a ring about 5 months ago & i never received it. I contacted them through every platform they had and never heard back from them and still don't have my ring.

TOTAL SCAM... This can’t possibly be a christian based company, unbelievable. We ordered three sweatshirts months ago and were completely unable to contact the company at all... lost about $100 and have no way of fixing the issue. For a christian company, this seems extremely suspicious and highly recommend to find merch somewhere else.

I would like to give ZERO stars they are thieves I ordered item in May and never received and NEVER answered emails. I will stick with websites that are not crooks and NO I am not the competition trying to make them look bad like they like to say. BAD EXPERIENCE

I placed an order last summer...the payment was taken out of my credit card and I have never received the order..disappointed...I know there were two brackets And not sure what else....could you please check on this...I have ordered other things and been very satisfied.... thank you..... could not find a number to call... My item was a 21st bday gift to our Niece supposed to be delivered in May and has never been received! I also have emailed several times about this to either get an updated delivery status or refund and have never gotten a reply! Shameful from a so called Christian organization!
