Fantastic service from start to finish
My appliance is under warranty, whilst it took a while to get through to them, they eventually put me onto We Repair, I spoke with Poppy who arranged an appointment within 2 days, whilst they do not give times, I was text advising AM the night before, and he arrived in the morning. He was polite, and got my machine working.

We Repair Ltd was sent by my insurance company Domestic and General who decided they could not fix my Samsung washing machine. The engineer reported this very quickly, within half an hour of him leaving Ashlee phoned to tell me what was happening.

I was recommended by Smeg as my machine is out of warranty. Repair was completed within one visit, he had the parts on his van. The lady I spoke to answered all my questions.

My experience was not amazing as the first technician who came made a wrong diagnosis, which then led to lots of lost time.
But ultimately, Jade from their office took the time to call me, explain the situation and made a good will gesture that was most appreciated and kind.

Having called the company, I was pleasantly surprised at the patience of the customer service team with my awkward description (not very knowledgeable on cookers!) of my problem with my hotpoint double oven. The lady I spoke too (think she said her name was lin?) Was extremely helpful and reassuring and easily guided me to a solution for my problem and organised a prompt appointment with an engineer to rectify the issue.
