Really great service, great communication throughout. I had 2 cases, one we got to a certain point with it and they gave me honest and great advice - and due to my own error of missing a road sign ( I didn't see at the time, I was indeed liable for the fine which I paid). I had a bailiff at the door and a clamp on my car, I was so scared of the bailiff, I didn't know what to do as I had never received anything about the pcn.
